Students of Somatua Training Center Intake 8 have completed their training program, which was conducted throughout February 2023. This intake consisted of 12 participants, divided into several programs: Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Construction, Mechanics, and Excavator Heavy Equipment Operator.
"Show well what you have learned during your training here. You are the next generation and future of Papuan children. I also want to thank the outstanding instructors who have trained and shared their knowledge with these 12 students."
"It is hoped that with what you have gained during this training, you will be able to find jobs more quickly in the future, especially in the industrial and mining sectors. Don’t forget to rely on God, always pray, and remember to show your best for yourselves," said Mrs. Ariati Nagapa in her speech representing the Director of the Somatua Foundation at the training graduation ceremony on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Following the completion of the 8th intake training, Somatua Training Center will open opportunities for the next training session, intake 9. In addition, Somatua Training Center is currently preparing for BNSP accreditation, which will enhance the status and role of this Vocational Training Institution.
