Somatua Training Center is proud to launch its 21st Excavator Training Intake, attended by 10 participants from diverse backgrounds. The group, consisting of 9 men and 1 woman from Papua, will undergo an intensive one-month training program to sharpen their skills in operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators.

The opening ceremony began with a warm welcome from Somatua Training Center, expressing its commitment to providing high-quality education and training for a workforce ready to enter the construction industry. Each participant was provided with complete personal protective equipment (PPE) as part of the center’s attention to workplace safety during training and field practice.

In addition, the participants were introduced to the facilities available at Somatua Training Center, including the training site and various supporting equipment to be used throughout the course. This introduction aims to help participants better understand their learning environment and be fully prepared to engage enthusiastically in the training sessions.

This training is expected not only to enhance participants’ technical skills in operating excavators but also to equip them with knowledge applicable to the construction industry. Somatua Training Center remains committed to producing competent experts who are ready to compete in the increasingly evolving job market.

With the commencement of the 21st Excavator Training Intake, it is hoped that each participant will complete the training with proficient skills and be able to make a positive contribution to the construction and heavy equipment sectors in Indonesia.
