The Occupational Safety Division of PT Mpaigelah conducted a safety meeting at the Somatua Training Center. This meeting is held regularly to discuss workplace safety. It is an important initiative to ensure that all employees and trainees understand workplace hazards and how to avoid them.
This safety meeting was led directly by Spanya Magai from the Safety Division of PT Mpaigelah in a classroom on the second floor of the Somatua Training Center on Wednesday (15/11/2023). The meeting was attended by all employees of the Somatua Foundation as well as trainees currently enrolled in the Excavator Operator, Mechanic, and Construction classes at the Somatua Training Center.
The safety meeting at the training center covered the following topics:
- Safety in Operating Heavy Equipment
- Safety in Operating Light Vehicles (Motorcycles and Cars)
- Hazard Handling When Operating Company Vehicles
The safety meeting at the Somatua Training Center is an important opportunity to raise awareness about workplace safety.
