The Somatua Training Center team monitors field practice activities to ensure the understanding of students participating in heavy equipment operator training. In addition to monitoring, the team also observes the progress and development achieved by the students.
In the third week of the Excavator Operator training at Somatua Training Center, Intake 18 has shown rapid progress. The Somatua Training Center team went directly to the field to monitor the students’ practical activities and ensure they have a good understanding of how to operate the excavator properly.

“I can now operate this machine well and understand how to coordinate the excavator’s components,” said Boy Sitompul, one of the trainees.
This monitoring is an essential part of Somatua Training Center’s program to ensure that students receive quality training that meets industry standards. Experienced instructors provide direct guidance and support to the students, helping them overcome challenges and improve their skills.

Somatua Training Center is committed to providing the best training for excavator operators in Papua. With a comprehensive training program and experienced instructors, Somatua Training Center helps its students reach their full potential and prepare to enter the workforce.
