After completing a one-month training program at Somatua Training Center, trainees recruited by the Regional Government of Mimika Regency through the Department of Manpower and Transmigration, funded by the Special Autonomy Fund, participated in the program. It is known that in this training program, the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Mimika Regency recruited Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and natives of Timika (Labeti) as participants.
