A total of 20 trainees from Intake XXII at Somatua Training Center have successfully completed the Weight at Height (WAH) practice. This activity was conducted under the direct supervision of experienced instructors to ensure the safety and optimal understanding of all participants.

Weight at Height (WAH) is an essential training program designed to equip participants with the skills and understanding of safe and effective working procedures at heights. During this practical session, participants are taught about the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), load securing techniques, and the safety protocols that must be followed when working in areas with height-related risks.

With great enthusiasm, the participants followed every instruction given by the instructors. They underwent live simulations in the field at certain heights using proper techniques. Additionally, the participants were taught risk identification and preventive measures to reduce the potential for workplace accidents.

Somatua Training Center remains committed to providing quality training for its participants, including safety aspects and technical skills required in the workplace. With this WAH practice, it is hoped that the participants will be better prepared to face future work challenges and apply high safety standards on the job.
