Central Papua<\/strong><\/em>Heavy equipment operator training continues to run intensively in Timika. Today, trainee students from Intan Jaya Regency who are enrolled in the Excavator Operator program have entered a crucial stage of the field practice session\u2014material excavation and backfilling, also known as the equipment combination stage.<\/p>\n

The training takes place at the Galian C excavation site, located directly behind the Timika Regional Government Housing Complex, and is led by experienced instructor Nabot Wandadaya, who emphasized that the current main focus is on technical understanding and precision in heavy equipment operation.<\/p>\n

\"At this stage, I am still teaching them how to operate the excavator\u2014specifically how to dig and backfill. For the time being, I will continue to focus their training on the equipment combination phase,\" explained Nabot during the training session.<\/p>\n

This stage is crucial in the training process as it combines two fundamental skills that every professional excavator operator must master: efficiency in material excavation and precision in backfilling. Both must be carried out with a strong emphasis on safety and work effectiveness.<\/p>\n
