Mimika, Papua Tengah<\/strong> \u2013 Somatua Training Center (STC), in collaboration with the Department of Manpower and Industry of Intan Jaya Regency, has accepted four students from Intan Jaya to participate in the Heavy Equipment Operator Training. The enrollment of these new students marks the beginning of a training program aimed at enhancing the skills and expertise of the Intan Jaya community in operating heavy equipment, enabling them to contribute to the development of their region.<\/p>\n

The new student enrollment event was attended by representatives from the Department of Manpower and Industry of Intan Jaya Regency, the Somatua Training Center Vocational Training Center, and the students. In his speech, Manfret M. Abugau, S.Sos., Secretary of the Department of Manpower and Industry of Intan Jaya Regency, expressed his hopes that the prospective students would participate diligently and seriously in the training, so that they can become skilled heavy equipment operators and contribute to the development of the Intan Jaya region.<\/p>\n

Rifai, Head of Operations at Somatua Training Center, warmly welcomed the prospective students and reaffirmed Somatua Training Center\u2019s commitment to providing quality and beneficial training for the participants. He also stated that Somatua Training Center has a team of experienced and competent instructors in their fields, as well as adequate training facilities to support the learning process.<\/p>\n

One of the prospective students, Mileun Jagani, expressed his enthusiasm for participating in this training. He hopes that by taking part in the program, he will master heavy equipment operation skills and secure better job opportunities in the future.<\/p>\n

The Heavy Equipment Operator Training at Somatua Training Center is expected to be one of the solutions to address the shortage of skilled labor in heavy equipment operation in Intan Jaya Regency.
