Subana Simamora presented various important topics, such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"9:1-14:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:76\"><strong>Introduction to K3<\/strong>\u00a0The definition, purpose, and benefits of occupational health and safety (K3) in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:106\"><strong>Risk Identification and Assessment:<\/strong>\u00a0How to identify and assess potential hazards in the workplace.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:100\"><strong>Pengendalian Risiko:<\/strong>\u00a0Upaya-upaya untuk mengendalikan dan meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:78\"><strong>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):<\/strong>\u00a0Types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and their proper usage.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-14:0\"><strong>Emergency Procedures:<\/strong>\u00a0Knowledge of evacuation procedures and emergency actions in dangerous situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:294\">Subana Simamora, an instructor at Somatua Training Center, stated that this orientation class is an important part of the training program at STC. \u201cWe want to ensure that participants have adequate knowledge and skills about workplace safety before they enter the industrial world,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:285\">One of the Intake XVI participants expressed that the basic occupational health and safety (K3) material was very beneficial for him. \u201cI learned a lot about how to protect myself at the workplace.
