This clean-up took place on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at several locations in Timika City, including Jalan Cenderawasih, Jalan Yos Sudarso, Jalan Belibis, and Jalan Budi Utomo.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:377\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5676 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/yayasansomatua.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-18-at-12.38.41_e3f0eb0e.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:247\">The clean-up action was participated in by employees from PT Mpaigelah, Yayasan Somatua, Somatua Training Center, as well as members of the general public. Together, they worked hand in hand to clean up scattered trash along the streets, in the fields, on sidewalks, and riverbanks.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:247\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5667 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/yayasansomatua.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-18-at-11.42.14_38bc4ed5-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:274\">In her speech, President Director of PT Mpaigelah, Aryati Nagapa, stated that this clean-up action reflects the company's commitment to environmental cleanliness. All the collected trash was loaded into a garbage truck and will be transported to the final disposal site at SP 5.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:126\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5674 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/yayasansomatua.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-18-at-12.41.46_3159bd60.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:233\">This city cleanup campaign is expected to serve as a momentum to raise community awareness about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness.
