The arrival of these six trainees is the result of coordination and collaboration between the Intan Jaya Regency Government, specifically the Department of Manpower and Industry, and the Somatua Foundation, which oversees LPK-STC.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/somatuatrainingcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-04-at-19.00.34-2-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Today (03\/11\/2023), the six trainees enrolled in the construction training program attended a theory class\u2014an in-class learning session\u2014following their initial introduction to the concrete workshop area, which they had previously participated in.<br \/>The implementation of indoor activities, or theory sessions, also serves as an evaluation for the trainees, helping them understand the procedures that must be followed both during the training and in their future work environments.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"font-weight: inherit;\" src=\"https:\/\/somatuatrainingcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-04-at-19.00.35-1-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe material covered in this theory class must be understood by the trainees. They are required to understand Occupational Safety Procedures or K3 Safety (Occupational Health and Safety). This is the most important part, especially K3 Safety specific to the construction field. After that, I will guide them in getting familiar with the names of the tools used in construction and the risks associated with using those tools,\u201d explained Abraham Marandof, the instructor of the construction training program.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2939 size-full\" style=\"font-weight: inherit;\" src=\"https:\/\/somatuatrainingcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-11-04-at-19.00.33-1-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><br \/>By having this basic understanding, the trainees will be able to carry out their tasks properly. In addition, they are also required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to avoid accidents while performing their work. This is something that must be taken seriously.
