There are 14 programs offered that have successfully equipped many students with expert skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maximus added, \u201cSomatua Training Center is open to all Papuan youth who want to sharpen their skills to become skilled operators.
